However, we cannot guarantee that the products you order will always be available. Prices on Homegrown Happiness are listed in $USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The total price you pay includes taxes, shipping costs, and handling fees, which will be shown at checkout. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

8. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping to states which allow hemp products below the federally allowed 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol. Homegrown Happiness is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or weather.
THCA products can NOT be shipped to the following states Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
D8 products can not be shipped to the following: AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, MA, MS, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV.
9. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Refunds are only provided for faulty or incorrect products.
